What are these?
There are cache files belonging to Lightroom and used to cache Camera raw cache.
If you have chosen drive C:\ for cache, these will show up there, often thousands of files.
How to hide them
Go to Edit > Preferences in Lightroom
Select preferred location for cache files, for example C:\lr-cache
